Infinix is a smartphone company that was founded in 2013 in Hong Kong. The company manufactures and sells Android smartphones. Infinix entered the Kenyan market in 2016 with the launch of the Hot 2 and the Hot 3 smartphones.

The Hot 2 was Infinix’s first smartphone to be launched in Kenya. The phone was a huge success, and within six months, it had become the best-selling smartphone in the country. The Hot 2 has a 5-inch display, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage, and a 2,200mAh battery.

In March 2017, Infinix launched the Hot 3 smartphone in Kenya. The phone has a 5.5-inch display, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, and a 3,000mAh battery.

The Infinix S3 is a budget-friendly option with a large screen and a powerful camera, while the Infinix S6 Pro is a more expensive option with a high-resolution display, 6GB of RAM, and 128GB of storage. Both models come with Android 9 Pie pre-installed.

The Infinix Hot 8 is another recent release, featuring a 4000mAh battery, a 6.2-inch HD+ display, and an octa-core processor. It also has a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner and comes with Android 9 Pie out of the box.

Infinix also offers several lower-priced models such as the Infinix Zero 4s and the Infinix Note 5 Stylus.
