NOKIA 1.3 Description
Nokia 1.3 sports a 5.7-inch LCD display, 16GB storage, and a 3000mAh removable battery. HMD Global is expanding its business by releasing Nokia phones from entry grade to flagship grade. With the arrival of brand oriented companies into the affordable segment, let’s see how this Nokia phone performs.
Display, Design,and Performance
Nokia 1.3 is fitted with a 5.7-inch IPS LCD multitouch display. This water drop notch screen has HD+ resolution(720×1520) with 295PPI. The visuals displayed on this low PPI screen may not be that sharp but at this price bracket it seems fair. With the rising demand for more screen ratio, this Nokia 1.3 has 77.6% of screen to body ratio which can affect buyers.
The phone is solidly built and has a plastic finish back panel with plastic frames on the sides. It measures(147.3×71.2×9.4mm) which means the phone has a thick body which is common in the entry grade phones, but with only 155 grams of weight makes it easier to hold. The phone is available in three different colors Ice Blue, Peach Gold, Titanium Silver.
Nokia 1.3 is driven by an entry-grade Snapdragon215 chipset and has Android 10 for its operating system. Nokia comes under Google’s Android One program which gives it an advantage for getting faster updates from Google. Its graphics and multitasks are handled by Adreno 308 GPU and 1GB RAM.
Battery and Storage
Nokia 1.3 is backed by a 3000mAh removable battery. Judging it by the size, the battery should give a day of power backup under average usage.
Nokia 1.3 has 16GB of internal storage which is less to satisfy one’s storage demand. However, by using a hybrid card the storage can be expanded up to 400GB.
Nokia 1.3 connectivity preferences are 3G, VoLTE which enables HD voice calling and video calls for Jio users, WiFi, Bluetooth v4.2, and micro USB v2.0. For online navigation, it features constellations like GPS with A-GPS, Glonass, and BDS.
Nokia 1.3 is an entry-level phone that features average performance. It has poor RAM management which is a major drawback but considering it with the price bracket, it is somehow fair.
